Gillco Construction served as project manager for the full renovation of Parnell Rose Park Hotel, overseeing the transformation of all 111 rooms and shared spaces, including new bathrooms, cabinetry, and exterior upgrades, like the roof pictured below.

Gillco Construction led this full residential renovation, adding a bedroom and creating an open-plan living space by removing walls and installing a beam. We also handled repainting, re-flooring, and extensive landscaping, including a new driveway, retaining walls, and a spacious deck.

Gillco Construction renovated a 1930s bungalow in Coatesville, transforming the 5-bed, 2-bath home. We created a multi-level outdoor living space with a pool, modernized the kitchen and bathrooms, restored the original Rimu floors, and completed a full repaint inside and out.

We restored a 100-year-old villa, adding a granny flat and a private patio bathtub, created an open-plan living room with full kitchen fit-out and redeveloped the front and back yard with gardens and a deck.

Gillco Construction transformed a 2-bedroom bungalow on a budget, featuring modernized kitchens, refreshed floors, and a redesigned garden with a custom fence.
