A renovation project of a 2-bedroom bungalow in Tauranga. The challenge here was to create a luxurious end product on a small budget.
The Gillco Construction team re-designed the garden and installed a custom fence and gate.
A full interior and exterior re-paint was completed and the wooden floorboards were refreshed with sand and stain.
The kitchen and bathroom were re-hauled for a fresh, modern look, whilst retaining the bungalow’s originality.
