VILLA RESTORATION
​A 100-year-old historic villa, one of the first houses in the suburb of Milford was renovated by Gillco Construction.

A full remodelling of the interior; including painting, restoration of the original Kauri floorboards, structural reconfiguration and installation of a private patio bathtub.
​
The lower level was converted into a self-contained granny flat including an additional private outdoor living space. The front yard was re-developed through levelling, retaining walls, paths, gardens, and a deck.
Revived a 100-year-old villa, preserving its heritage charm while adding modern luxury.
